A Penn College alumnus, representing the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, met with civil engineering technology and construction management students last week to provide an overview of PennDOT’s digital delivery program, an initiative that is modernizing its delivery processes and contract documentation to incorporate digital data.

An inspirational networking opportunity was served up with the 2025 Scholarship Luncheon, held March 23 in Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Field House. Donors and students supported by scholarships enthusiastically embraced the chance to connect alongside family, friends and college advocates. More than 370 guests were in attendance.

Pennsylvania College of Technology graphic design graduate Casey Gleghorn, ’09, returns to Williamsport to deliver a guest lecture at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 24, in Lycoming College’s Fine Arts Lecture Hall. Gleghorn is the director of Derosia Gallery in New York City.

Welding students at Pennsylvania College of Technology are the spark behind an ambitious Spring Semester initiative that will benefit Little League Baseball. About 70 students in five sections of his Welding Blueprint & Layout II class are fabricating a stainless-steel globe to be placed on the Little League complex in South Williamsport.

In “Electrical Ambassador & Klein Tools Collector,” the latest episode of the Tomorrow Makers podcast, Penn College assistant professor Eric Anstadt shares career advice and "tours" of the recent renovations in the Electrical Technologies Center and his impressive collection of Klein Tools (more than 800 pieces and counting – with some dating to the late 1800s).
